Achondroplasia is a form of short-limbed dwarfism where the cartilage never properly forms as their bodies develop. Learning how to adapt their world for their son born with Achondroplasia can be challenging, but knowing he can live a full rich life makes it all worth it.

My Perfect Family invites us to see the lives of modern families living with various disabilities. We see the highs and lows of being full time carers as well as the eye opening experiences of people with disabilities.

Real Families brings you stories of modern-day family life from around the world through the eyes of children, parents, and parenting experts. Stay with us for weekly documentaries and full episodes of evergreen family documentaries and parenting TV shows.

I enjoyed watching this. People thriving and happy with who they are. God put everybody on this earth for their time, for a purpose.

I also have son with Achondroplasia. He is 13 now what irked me the most was when I researched help long ago from "little peoples of america" I could get no help unless I became a paying member first.Used to be every link on their webpage directed you to the membership sign up. I had to figure it out myself modifying doors so he could reach handles, steps tools all around house lowering shower spout in tub. The hardest part was getting the schools to do their duty.
