For the scavenger hunt I think that when you add the numbers together 53 + 24 =77 which is a angel number and plus if you go to area 77 it is haunted mansion so that could be another clue to the hunt! This means that we could be missing the letter “I” to the word "mansion”!

Personally, I think it is ‘advanced crystal key area’ so that you get more and better rewards…

You can also get the diamond fishing rod from advance merchant for 4.5k gems and you can get multiple, I got 2 and resold them for like 10m
