  • Granola by Gordon Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Author Gordon Ramsay Ingredients 200 g honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 300 g rolled oats 100 g puffed rice 100 g natural almonds 75 g pumpkin seeds 75 g sunflower seeds 50 g linseed 50 g raisins 50 g cranberries Instructions Melt the honey and vanilla together, either in microwave or on a stove-top. Mix the oats, rice, nuts and seeds together. Pour honey over oats mixture and mix well. Place in a shallow baking tray and smooth out into a thin layer. Bake for 25-30 mins at 180C, stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn. Remove from oven, and stir in dried fruit. Store in a sealed container.

    Thank you Chef Ramsey! I just put mine in the oven to bake, I can't wait to taste it. I put honey, a bag of assorted trail mix (cranberries, raisins, cashews, almonds) Irish oats, regular oatmeal and quinoa seeds! WOOO!!! Thanks again Chef Ramsey, you're the best!!!! #1 fan from Oregon USA!

    Wish he would mention the gas mark on the oven, he always says how long he puts it in for, but never at what temperature

    1. Honey & Olive Oil & Vanilla Bean in a pot 2. Pour oats, Puffed rice, Wheat Bran, Seeds, Nut bunch in a bowl. 3. Pour warm honey into granola. 4. Combine well. 5. Spread mix on baking tray. 6. Sprinkle Salt. 7. In oven for 25 to 30 mins. 8. 10 mins in, turn over. 9. Add dried fruits.

    I’ve been looking at recipes so I can make my own granola and no one has used goji berries but that’s what I use. Finally, someone with some reason!

    I really wish he would include recipes with his videos. I really want to make this but I don't know what the proportions are. He only mentioned the amount of honey and the cook time.
