I Voted Online for the French Parliament Election! [Step by Step How To]

I decided to give it a try for the French Congress Elections. These elections were not planned and set up very quickly as the President decided to dissolve Congress.
How do you vote online, on the Internet? How is it set up? How does it work? You will need a good internet connection and smart phone to do so. But first you need to register (make sure you are eligible!), and then you can access the portal to vote.
