How to Relieve Back Arthritis Pain in 30 SECONDS

Published 2022-05-19
Dr. Rowe shows safe, easy exercises to help back pain caused from arthritis.

These exercises are designed to help relieve aches, stiffness, and muscle tightness caused from spinal osteoarthritis (wear and tear arthritis). They're also good for spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease.

They'll focus on lengthening and strengthening the spine at the same time, while keeping the back straight. That way we can get quick and long lasting pain relief without having to put the back into bad positions that might cause irritation.

All of the exercises work just a little bit differently. To get the best results, go through all of them and use what works best for you.

As a bonus, all of the exercises can be done at home, require no equipment, and may give fast back pain relief... even in as little as 30 SECONDS!

Watch now and instantly relieve back arthritis pain at home!

You weren’t kidding! I was in agony, felt like my spine was breaking this morning. I googled things to help and your vireo came up first. I followed along and within the first exercise the pain dissipated! Thank you 😊 I’m going to do most of these every day.

My god, I can’t believe I never found these videos and this channel earlier. I’m an automatic subscriber and I’m gonna recommend this to everyone I know who have back problems. I’m forever grateful.
  • Thank you sooo much for this video! I've had low back pain from arthritis for 20 years. Today I thought to search for PT videos for my aching back, and thank God yours was up on top! The first exercise was similar to what I used to do in my 40s every morning to warm up. Now, at 72, the arthritis is advanced. I felt such relief from my low back pain today from doing just the first exercise, I was able to do my gardening for over an hour pain free! Thank you again!
  • I finally did the alternating hovering leg and overhead arm extensions, after having seen you do it twice. The movements feel great and, when done properly, challenge the core.
