Hi Robert I have always thought you were a man of many talents and could tackle any task you set your mind on. However, I never imagined this would extend to brewing beer in the forest using a crop that you planted yourself. Least of all, I never knew that you can actually make beer out of cassava. Thank you for taking us step by step through preparing the ingredients and starting the fermentation. I can't wait to see the result! Of course, you accomplished all this while looking after the pigs and the birds. You even grated (rather than chopped) the cassava before cooking it for the pigs. No wonder their cassava and cornmeal dish was so smooth and creamy. Lucky pigs - very spoiled!
