As of 2022: oine of the most criminally underrated pop songs in the last couple of decades. Catchy, creative, fun, passionate, everything you could want in classic pop track. Well done Kenna.

In high school in the late 2000s i remember stumbling onto this on MTV France all mix pop alt playlist, falling in love with Kenna and burying his music soon after. Very underrated. He was part of the Pharrell NERD Missy Elliott Kanye Kid Cudi crew of artists who was so representative of a black multi influence indie influence artist at the time when people like me couldn’t get enough of seeing people with similar interests who looked like me because it was so rare then in mainstream media except for the former i mentioned above. Growing up in Gabon. france and Switzerland i feel like artists such as Kenna had a bigger visibility compared to their native USA and kids like me worldwide were hungry for more of that❤

I was all over this when it came out in '07. The video was so edgy. I carry this with me! Thanks Kenna!
