Congress, Senate, Supreme Court, any position of power should not be a lifetime appointment. Gotta remember that the constitution was wrotten when it was rare for someone to hit 60, now that you have people in politics that are in their position for 20-30-40 or even 50 years you need to rethink your term limit structure.
