    これは凄い…! 産後太りしてそのままだったのに 1週間で3キロ落ちた上に 長時間歩いても腰痛くならない😳!
  • 今日は後半結構ハードでした。話がズレますが、おかげさまで、お腹周りが本当にみるみる痩せました!反り控えめで腹直筋伸ばし、効きます。腰も痛くないです!このまま続けるのが楽しみ。またスカート履ける様になりました。バレエもポードブラの景色が変わり、アラベスクの足が上がり、びっくり‼️腰痛い時は、姿勢が悪い時だと実感も出来ました!ありがとうございます😊引き続き頑張ります 。
