This week I experienced van life alone again... something that feels incredibly comforting and familiar to me. Being alone in the forested mountains of Utah is a special thing... and I have a lot to share this week. Thanks for watching everyone :)

You should write a book. I love your voiceovers. They are beautiful and poetic and thought- provoking. I often find myself brought to tears from your words and the messages they share. Keep doing what you’re doing. You inspire so many people.

I just found your content. It was a 4 day solo or 6 day solo with Akela. I have really enjoyed your life and content. You are such a real person. You live such a great honest life full of integrity, compassion, awareness, joy and gratitude. At least that is what I’ve gathered from the first 30 videos or so. Working my way through the older videos now. In one video you mentioned people being hateful to you on the internet and I just can’t possibly see how anyone could take issue with you or your life. I’m headed to Patreon next!!! Keep the great content coming!!

Oh, your memory of your dad is so similar to mine. Campfire, his red and black flannel, the peace of knowing he was there. 9 years he's been gone.

I saw this episode at the beginning of the week where I've chosen to not post on Facebook. While I'm still scrolling through once a day, it has started to remind me that I need to make contact with my environment. We live in a small town, and we have an incredible yard full of birds and flowers and I'm retired, so if I have anything, I have time. My goal this summer is to enjoy every moment. Thank you for the inspiration.
  • Get choked every time you share stories of your dad, I love the imagine of him in his cap, heating water for your mama, drinking tea and calling you pickle! He lives on in the hearts and stories of many, keep ‘em coming!

I was near tears at the end, not sad tears, but longing tears. It's funny the things we take for granted as kids, heck even as adults. What I wouldn't give to have one of my mom's hugs or for my brother to call me squirrel. I try to shift sadness to gratitude for the fact that I have so many wonderful memories. To be so thankful to have had such love that even 10 and 2 yrs later my heart still aches for their absence. I so love the peace you find in nature and solitude. It is a truly beautiful thing to have found what fulfills your soul, and had the wherewithal to follow your heart at such a young age. Many of us don't find it until we are older, some never do.
  • I love the introspective nature of this video. Your connection with your authentic-self and nature is amazing. ~Thank you for sharing 🌹
  • Linnea, what a treasure you are making of your life. It’s such a thrill to watch your life unfold. Love your approach to life. Bravo!!! Love the mug too 😊

I absolutely adore you and the life you live . You have inspired me beyond words . I’ve been building my van this year and hope to get it finished and livable by May or June . I have so much respect for your courage, and the love you have for Mother Earth , animals, and all the amazing things this life has blessed you with . I am single now, I turn 71 this year and cannot wait to start my van life and travel adventures . Thank you for being you sweet girl . 🩷🩷You are amazing!!!🩷🩷🩷

A million possible futures....and people landing on one and only one of those millions of possibilities... and sticking with it forever, foregoing all the others. You put this into words so perfectly. I struggle with this constantly! NOT because I stay with one and only one life, but because I love so many things and want to experience so many lives.... I'm constantly changing and people (with the best of intentions!) are always wishing/hoping I'll "find what I'm looking for" and settle down. But for me....that sounds like such a waste and really boring. Thank you for the validation and understanding! You're so much more evolved than I was at your age and I only now am catching up with you (I'm 64 😂). YAY YOU! Carry on! 💚🩵💚

You have a wonderful way of giving a voice to some of my own thoughts throughout the years. For some of us it’s instinctual to push back the notion this is the only life or path to take. I used to describe it as my own Choose Your Own Adventure book. One of these days I hope to be able to articulate my thoughts on this as well as you do. Thanks Linnea 🏔️

Linnea...this is one of the most beautiful videos you have made. You inspire me to live my best life at 62 - being more present and more importantly being aware of all the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Thank you for sharing your life...and putting so much effort into making these inspiring videos!!
  • Every time you do one of these where you share a survival skill I LOVE IT!!! I too am a fan of ‘Alone’ and watch to learn new things. You are so good at sharing your attempts, successes and the ones you will keep to develop. I love it, you are an inspiration. To go further than think ‘I should learn that’s to what does it take to try? Thanks Linnea
  • Hello Linnea. This video was very special. I love all that you shared with us. Especially the image of your Dad sitting by the morning campfire and you recreating it yourself. What a beautiful snowfall. Take care and safe travels 😊❤️
  • Linnea, once again you have put out such a beautiful video. Showing us your surroundings, your thoughts, your dreams all while letting others know they are not alone with their struggles of mental health. Thank you for always being real. Your journey right now to some may seem pointless but those of us that are trying to live the same dream are clearly tuned into your very open heart of how rewarding this lifestyle can be. As always sending you vibes of Blessings and Love for you and your pups and Chris. I Love how you give and respect each other's personal time for growth and then can come back together in Love and Harmony and share your ups and downs with each other. You keep being you and we will keep watching. Right now my real dream hasn't started because once again I'm at a standstill parked up at a friends house until I get the mini bus repairs done. Then look out world, here I come. (Lol) Until your next video, you stay safe and enjoy that big beautiful outdoors.

I think this one of the most beautiful videos of you I’ve seen so far. So many layers and meaning. Thankyou for sharing this! The part of the memory of your dad brought a little tear to my eyes. Such a happy memory.

Really living in the moment and not just distracting ourselves with getting thru this part of our lives . Really living! Reminds me of the Movie Edie. And yes. Really living. It's beautiful. Great way to describe it.
