Thanks for creating amazing music! I've used it a few times in the past and really appreciate what you've done. I know there have been issues recently with users claiming your music as their own and unfortunately this song was one of the one's targeted. I've already disputed it with YouTube however I wanted to copy and paste my response in case anyone reading this has also experienced similar issues. I hope YouTube do something to rid of these absolute leeches plaguing the platform and I hope it doesn't detract from what you're doing. Big love ♥ "The claimant, 'Cash Gold Records Group Inc.' believes they hold the legible copyright to the track, 'Grande Suckla (ins)' with the listed artist 'Satria SSV.' The claimant uploaded the relevant content to YouTube's Content ID system around approximately the 29th April 2023. The original material; music was created and published by an artist named 'KaizanBlu' that regularly creates copyright-free content for users on social media platforms, including YouTube. The material, 'Remember,' was originally posted on the 12th March 2020 with a Creative Commons Attribution license. 'KaizanBlu' states their permission to use this beat as long as users adhere to their guidelines, which my video follows. The original content's license is a Creative Commons Attribution license - otherwise known as a 'CC BY.' According to Creative Commons, a CC BY license allows material to be copied and redistributed, including adapting the material for any purpose, including for commercial intention. Creative Commons also states: "No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits." The claimant has therefore broken the Creative Commons license; the attempt to monetise material without adhering to the Creative Common's license and imposing restrictions for other users. The claimant also breaks YouTube's Terms of Service by attempting to claim content as their own when it is not. The original artist has stated users are, or have been, abusing the Content ID system and has been a regular target for falsified copyright claims - the artist recommends disputing the claim. YouTube should remove the falsified copyright claim in accordance to their policies and take action against the claimant.
