MW3 - Unexpected double kill on terminal

I saw this guy standing there, so I went for a quick scope. I was a newbie at quick scoping so I , wanted to practice a little, I got him, and then I hear him say "WOW" on the mic and like 10 seconds later, I finally noticed I got a double kill, him and his split screen.

    I never said it was you moron, I just wanted to share it, because he was camping and only a little part of his body was out and I hit it... what an idiot.
