    Watching body language was how I quit smoking decades ago. I noticed that I wanted a cigarette only in the company of other people so I needed another habit to replace it. Watching people totally worked!

  • I'm a bit "nuts" not when it comes to relationships. I have a wife and kids and many associates but practically no friends. Probably because I go on and on about government propaganda, fluoride in the water and chemicals in our food etc 😂
