I love the song because this is the kind of justice the world needs. The message is to do unto others as you would do unto you, if you do this you should not worry about being punished by the law of the land.

She doesn't fall asleep! She just imagines and sings about what she would do if she was judge for a day, I guess everyone heard her song cuz she gets elected at the end.
