This is some of Europe's BEST seafood. We're on the Atlantic coast of France to see how the Bretons produce some of the world's top oysters. We are travelling through 2 towns in Brittany and one in Normandy in today's episode. Starting with the oyster market in Cancale and a seafood tower by the beach. Off to the picturesque town of Saint Malo for some sightseeing. Finally to the outskirts of Brittany and into Normandy we will visit the world famous Mont Saint Michel. Don't forget to stop for galette.

    Brittany's oysters are darker in color and must be delicious! The seafood tower is so big and has a wide variety of seafood. Seeing you eating happily makes me happy too!     Welcome to ma Bretagne! As an American who moved here, I absolutely love this region for its super fresh food. Did you know that 70% of the produce grown in this country are from Brittany? The bio farms, fantastic breweries, rum route, and so many other culinary delights make this a gastronomic haven! There’s sooooooo much more to this region. I love living here.

    Wir waren im März in Cancale ! Toll !!! Jeden Tag Austern am Markt und Wein vom netten Herren im VAN. Die Speisen sind köstlich, der Wein macht Lust auf mehr. Ende September sind wir wieder in Cancale und freuen uns schon darauf sehr nette Menschen wiederzutreffen.
