i played this for my 14 year old puppy for most of the last year of his life. I wanted him to have a calming song when or if we needed to give him rest. When we did i played this song again. He really deserved all the happiness and joy available.

My 26 year old son just died Saturday of an accidental overdose. This song will be played at his viewing. He was never at peace here in earth but among the wildflowers I believe he's found peace. #forever26

my husband, who looked so much like Tom Petty, died two years ago...he does belong among the wildflowers, he deserves to be free. He had battled an illness for several years, being free now is heavenly. RIP, Robbie.

My sis and I was always told how weird two black girls from the inner city who fell over Mr Pettys music and always felt so much freedom with his lyrics especially because we were poor and struggling...so thank you to him and his family💞💖🎼💖
