Melai Uris means "At the deep Ocean" The songwas sung in the Lihir language in reference to the late Twinhox of Kavieng meaning "I'm lost in the deep ocean, my heart was crying out loud but no one was there to rescue me" 💔 This song is didicated to those who stragically lost loves ones at sea or a near death experience at sea. Being lost at sea is a terrible experience 😢

Wow, this is something else. King Tonton Malele, the legend of New Ireland Province. I actually got goosebumps seeing this clip and imagining the horrifying experience the late Twinhox brothers went through on their fatal day. Fitting tribute indeed Tonton for one of our best bands of New Ireland, the late Twinhox of Kavieng Brothers ❤, RIEP.
