Been going through it mentally this week. This helped me remember that mood follows action, in all areas of life. I struggle to maintain that calm demeanor. Exercising out demons is what I'm really doing in the gym. Getting back to it. I hope everyone else here on their journey is doing well. Thanks Merk.
