Put the cheese balls in the freezer to make sure they're nice and cold. Or they will melt as soon as you put them in the oil.

Start with the raspberries frozen then fill and coat them in white chocolate, chill them, then do the dark chocolate and use plastic wrap to help with sticking

My mom and I made those cheese balls last weekend, and they definitely need seasoning. If I make them again, I'd definitely put some salt, pepper, and maybe some sort of seasoning blend.

Nice thing is you can use any type of shredded cheese. PepperJax would have a nice little kick. Experimenting with different cheese flavors and seasonings could be a lot of fun.
