Great job Chris.........Yes, savory for me, for sure! Mrs. Claus did a great job on those pies!

Dessert challenges are my favourite to watch. And wow wow wow with those homemade pies, even better! If my husband devoured my baked goods like that in one sitting, I'd sure be proud and pleased! 😆

Sweet challenges are very difficult. The pies looked phenomenal but I don't know about the peppermint roll. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Great job and Merry Christmas!
  • I LOVE apple pie and that one looks absolutely amazing. I'm a little jealous lol

OGE! Everything looked delicious. Mrs Claus did a great job baking all of it. Fun challenge

You said sweet challenges aren’t your forte, so this was good practice. Personally, I think you did well finishing both pies; pastry can be tough (at least it is for me). Pretty much love all food around the holidays, even fruit cake. It’s the time of year when everyone becomes an amateur competitive eater 😅 Shout out to Mrs Claus for her baking and for the great cameo.

Yes, the sweet vs. savory preference is a hard one. 🤔I’m a slow eater but can eat ice cream faster than most. My favorite holiday treat is my 5 layer Texas dessert I make once a year . It starts with neutral crust, cream cheese layer next, then chocolate pudding, then vanilla pudding and then (homemade) whipped cream on top and mini chocolate chips. Lots of work to make from scratch but so worth it. I triple the recipe so it has 12 cups milk and 12 egg yolks in the 2 puddings alone.

This one definitely keeps you at the top of the total cringe-eaters. Just crushing it bro. Looking forward to more in 2024.
