These guys bring back so many memories! Thanks my friend!

They are a live group and they loved performing live. This was after they got back together. This is their song, they wrote it, they wrote all their own songs snd songs fir other artists. Al Green covered this song as well as others.
-
They broke up in 1969 for about 15 months. Wrote this and lonely days when they first reunited. Al Green covered it and the Bee Gees loved it.
-
This is my favorite song by them. I love it.
-
This is a song Barry and Robin wrote after Robin had left the group for 18 months. They learned a lot and this is about those emotions. It went to number one.
-
Thank you for realizing that there is more to the BEE GEES than just disco! Keep digging into their catalog of music. They are so diverse in their music that you can't pinpoint a "style" for them. Unless fantastic is a style..ππππ

Sorry Iβm late with response. Speechless anyway. They will live on forever β€οΈβ€οΈ

Robin originally formed the group and was the lead singer until Barry discovered his high falsetto. Robin left the band for awhile and later swallowed his pride and returned and Barry became the lead singer.

Andy didnβt die until in the late 80βs. This song was written after their 18 month break-up and after they got back together again. They wrote this song but everyone and their brother has covered it. They actually love performing live. Their live shows were great!!!!! They are so funny too and down to earth.
-
They were 8 and 5 when their mom went to their room to have them turn down the radio and found it was her son's singing in perfect three part harmony. They started performing when Barry was 9 and the twins were 6. They were established as the BeeGees in 1958. Their baby brother Andy Gibb was born in 58. You should check out his songs. Amazing artist.

Al Green covered the Bee Gees written song, which was inspired by their reconciliation after Robin left the trio for 15+ months a breakup that the brothers blamed on youthful egos and pressures of first fame. they said the estrangement was painful for them for they never stopped loving one another. It took a couple of years to "mend" the hurts.

Your probably wondering why I sometimes message you more than once, itβs because I come back to listen more than once. This song was pretty important in a way. The Bee Gees broke up for a couple of years from 1969. This song was more about them getting back together again and realising how much they had missed each other.πΌβ€οΈπ¦πΊβ€οΈπ¬π§πΊπ»ππΈβοΈ
