    Is true, that for the most profound effect it should always be used 4 wavelengths (630nm, 660nm, 830nm and 850nm) panel?

    Distances from the panels are still subject to the inverse square law aren’t they?

    100mw is too high for certain things though. if you just want collagen boost on your face, 30 to 50 are supposed to be optimal.

    This advice is completely contrary to the scientific studies themselves. And most of the studies are done using red light with skin contact. This guy's answer is not science-based.
