----- THE STORY
FAMILY DISPUTE causes NEGLECT after their PARENTS PASSED AWAY - FORCES the CITY to FINE
I am often asked about why a property becomes abandoned and this is the perfect example. Unfortunately, after our loved ones pass, emotions can get high. This can be the cause of life time disputes that cause nothing but a litigation nightmare. This property has become abandoned, neglected and is now falling apart. The neighbor told be that it use to be one of the best kept houses on the block and now it is unlivable. BUT HEY, POSITIVE NOTE; I got another POLK COUNTY CODE VIOLATION LAWN SIGN to put up on the wall in my office. I love to take a souvenir here and there to remind me of the fun trips I do in other states. It's like if I was a big game hunter, it will one day be in my trophy room, like a big olé Rhino. Hahaha.

I can't help but notice you always read to the end of the description! this has literally become one of my favorite games to play in my videos. It says so much to me that you would take the time to read the description . Let's be honest I know its no easy task sometimes with the spelling, punctuation and general grammatical errors. Thankfully as I get better at typing so does spell check hahahah.
I cant tell you how much your support Truly means to me! THANK YOU! If you here in the U.S.A. PLEASE come back tomorrow with all of your fingers and toes.....Today will be the last day that someone has all their digits. So I'm not a huge safety guy and I have no doubt I will be fooling around tonight with fireworks in ways I should absolute not be. ( you have to blow a watermelon up at least once a year) ...BUT be careful. I love you guys. Stay awesome, stay safe. and let me know you made it this far in the description by commenting (I thought you were going to lose a finger) 😂 Other people won't know and they will think I did something dumb lol. It will be our fun prank on the community.😉 I don't know about you but the thought of them skimming through the video to try and find the (incident) is hilarious.

  • HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!! when you grill are you a ketchup or a mustard person? Hamburgers or hotdogs?

my husband watched as you cut down the patch of trees and then he looked at me and said "that has to be a bad azz machine."

Kevin you are a hero! Not just for this property, not even for all your jobs, but for the inspiration you have been to so many others. You started a wonderful idea and now ALL the YouTube ''free yard work' channels are helping so many people who need just a bit of help (and to know that someone cares). And your non-judgemental approach to clients makes us all take a look at how we might be treating people. I'm glad that YouTube provides a way to allow you to do this and still provide a good life for your family.

I love how you're not afraid of doing crazy stuff that no one else would try. Anyone else would have given up on those tall weeds, but not Kevin. I enjoy seeing you be you. "Ratoon"
  • I absolutely love this guy !! He came and fixed my yard just cuz !! that's a rare and beautiful man ! Big time !! Thanks again !!!
  • "Ratoon " I don't understand why the family of the deceased don't rent the home out . Then it gets people off the streets . I don't understand why families fight over possession's when a family member passes. All these homes you do and they are just left to fall apart . It's sad Keep up the great work Kevin
  • I've seen this time and time again, siblings fighting over, property just to watch it deteriorate. It's so sad, but at the least, you cleaned it up for the neighborhood. Looks beautiful 😍
  • Good job on this property. I am sure the neighberhood will be very happy about the transformation. Great Job. I am looking forward to more Videos coming up.
  • God bless the neighbor for giving you cold water, you do a awesome job on helping the community.
  • I to am a survivor of sibling dispute. Had to separate my emotional state from the drama of it after my parents passed away. Haven't had contact with my brother since 2013 and forcefully had contact with a sister 4 times briefly since 2013. Sad but true. But calmer on my heart and nerves. ❤ Keep up with the wonder work you do. God bless you.

Monsoon, cartoon, festoon, blue moon, high noon, pontoon, okay NOW I remember. Ratoon. We grill it all on the 4th and I am a mustard person. God Bless America and may He bless you and yours as you have been a blessing to so many.
  • I am a RATOON LAWN FREAK!!!! I am always sitting on the edge of my seat when you go after the huge bushes, trees, etc. with your machine. Great video as usual. Take care.
  • @RealProVanR
Hey Kevin, you cracked me up riding that Toro. All I could think of was "ride'em cowboy." May God continue to bless you.
  • Ratoon!!! Don't know why it's relaxing to watch yard work, but it is!! Thanks for doing all that you do. God bless and protect.
  • I'm not sure what the word were I was busy watching you. Something about ratoon. I watch you all the time. I'm a 73 year old woman and I used to take care of my own yard all the time. I used to have about an acre to care for. I still love being outside but with age I have to rely on my brother. But I do tell him what I want done with my yard. My husband has had 2 heart attack so he no longer can help at all we were both yard people but but with time and age we just can't do it anymore. That's why I love watching you as that's how we used to care for our yardwork. Love you and your family. Thank you for what you do. Love form Kansas
  • @patnewbold961
Ratoon? I've learned something today!!! I am so impressed with your talents, not in that you have them, but by how you utilize them in a way that benefits those in need. God gave you the talents and you listened to the Holy Spirit and use them for His work. Thank you.
  • Its a shame that with this shitty housing market all these houses are empty and forgotten! Wish I had the skills to make them usable again.
  • @million54
It is really heart warming to see there's still good people in the world. Thank you.!!! For showing me that.❤❤
