Man I wish you could be my Dr! Thank you for all you do for our ms community
  • I was diagnosed with MS in July 21 and I am hugely thankful to you for your video’s, I’ve found them really informative and reassuring on a number of subjects (I don’t wish to bag the NHS they do an amazing job, but I’ve met no one in relation to my MS diagnosis so information and support has been limited). I’m 3 for 3 on covid and not too far off 5 for 5 on MS. I’ve never smoked, I chose to be on Kesimpta (the alternative on offer was Ocrevus), I’m taking vitamin D3, after my diagnosis I massively upped my gym game and am really surprised that I love weight training, I prepare most of my meals (although I don’t fully eat clean), I’m ok with my water intake and I’m absolutely rubbish with mindfulness #NewYearResolution. Thank You
  • The fact you add mindfulness and talk about diet made you a better doctor than 90 percent of all doctors I work at a hospital and I was diagnosed January 2 2021 N very few doctors think about anything besides Medicine I even ask a doctor about diet and he said as long as you are on ocrevus eat whatever you want I learned elsewhere about diet exercise and mindfulness And for anyone reading this message I’m here to tell you that nutrients from real food water exercise and mindfulness plays a huge part like dr Boster says In my last mri My two lesions has started to shrink and no black hole no brain shrinkage and no new lesions N I’m five for five Please fight and continue to stay consistent!!

Thank you for posting. I try to be 5 for 5 but I can see where I need improvement. I'm 3 for 3 for sure!
  • @annette3793
Always precise & informative (love it!). I'm working on being 5 for 5 but I'm definitely 3 for 3...
  • Once again, beyond excellent video Dr. B. As someone who has been living with MS for over 10 years, I am honest when I tell you, I have a better quality of life because of you. When people reach out to me with MS concerns, I too, refer them to your channel. The ripple effect, inspired by your uncle combined with your passion and diligence in ensuring people with MS have powerful tools, thus creating hope! Well done, Dr.B...with much gratitude wishing you and your family A Happy New Year.

Thank you for this video. Regarding the MRI schedule, what happens after age 60 to make the scheduling different? I am 58 dx in 1993 on Gilenya since clinical trial in 2007. There has been NO change in MRIs since 2014.
  • Thank you Dr Boster for sharing from your heart about your family connections to MS and your passion for treatment! You are a source of HOPE!!
  • Very good video. I am about 2 to 5 in my battle agains ms. This week i might be 4 to 5 in ms. I will be getting aubagio(might ask for mavenclad) and will be buying vitamin D and also going outside more for the sun. Will try out meditating to get that 5 to 5 Thank you very much doctor. I got diagnosed 4 weeks ago and you really helped me get through these tough times with your videos.👍👍👍
