    8:02 if he goes to the ER, his urine and blood will be tested for stimulants, fentanyl, opioids, anti anxolytics etc. That possibility might give him reason to refuse ER.

    emergency departments are unique—anyone who has an emergency must be treated or stabilized, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. The patient protection that makes this possible is a federal law known as the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).

    Why don’t you wana go with us ? I’m because it’s a minimum of $1000 as soon as you step inside an ambulance. Plus anything you hook them up too use to disinfect etc . Then go to hospital and y’all do the same stuff and charge again .
