In order to do this, you will need to use Hardcore Matchmaking. Invite a fourth person, BUT MAKE SURE THE FOURTH PERSON DOESNT JOIN UNTIL RIGHT AFTER YOU CLICK TRIO ON THE MATCHMAKING STATUE. Then you will load in quad.
