Why It Felt Horrible to Get Arlecchino | Genshin Impact

Some kind people have notified me of the fact that I butchered Arlecchino's name and I will change my pronunciation in the future. I hope I didn't offend anyone and that it doesn't take too much away from your enjoyment of the video! I also thought that it was weird how different Honkai Star Rail was at treating its players and how easy it was to farm. Didnt feel like a chore and I wish we had that in Genshin, dood.

Those people who are saying that resources being timegated is a way to "respect time" is peak genshin copium lmao. The resources are timegated because they want you to keep logging in each week just to farm the resources you want. For example, if the resources you wanted are available on Wednesday but you can't log in on that day because you have shit to do, then you'll be forced to wait on another day. Instead of not having to worry about time and have the freedom to just farm anything anytime when you want to. HSR is what you have when a game Respects your time, the resin has an "overcap" system and the resources aren't timegated. Insane? I know right. Feels nice to be treated well.

Arlecchino is probably the most ‘convenient’ meta character as there is hardly any farming for her. She can use the Gladiators set which long-time players would have tons, anyway. She can use the Jade Spear which the standard banner or 50/50 may have given players multiple copies. With the above setup and suitable team mates like Bennett, Xiangling, Zhongli or Kazuha, a C0 Arlecchino can deal 60k to 100k damage.

mehn hsr got me so overwhelmed with the quests, i yeeted. xD as a completionist, i just needed some time and space. might go back to it sometime soon (might also play genshin again once i get a better battle station)

The time gate is annoying but I don't think it is the real culprit because it can be worked around with good planning and smart use of your condensed resins. The real problem is just that the game is so fking stingy with ALL its resources (except weapon xp for some reason)

I dont want to soud rude this is just a comment to help, her name is pronunced "arlekkino" not "arleccino", her names is italian and it is the same as a character from "la commedia dell'arte", because in italian when the letter c is before the letter h the sound is pronunced like K, good video btw
