Suprisingly in Texas? I would think the Cartel wouldnt just let it happen. But just because they took down 2 of the most powerful cartel members, doesn't mean theyve stopped the trafficking.

Guzman's son hired a private plane and convinced El Mayo the needed to go to Sinaloa but instead ended up taking him to Texas and delivering him to the DEA. El Chapo has said life at ADX Florence is unbearable. Clearly, the broke El Chapo and he made a deal with the the govt to either be moved to a lower security wing, relocated to another prison, or possibly even released in the future.
