I have no idea how many times I've cooked this pan-fried pork chops recipe!! The sauce works so well with the pork chops!

Pork chops - 3 pcs.
Salt and pepper

Onion - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Cognac or brandy - 100 ml.
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Beef or chicken stock - 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
Yellow mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Parsley
