I like the reinforcement of the idea that being a great player doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes and that the emphasis is more on learning from those mistakes
  • @batatasabia
The enemy rein was so damn good at separating your tank from y'all. Most fights he forced your tank to be out of the LOS of your entire team

Something support players also need to accept: amplifying your teammates stupidity will likely result in a win (a rein feeding with a support pocket can probably kill like 3 of them if the rein is built like a brick shithouse)

“It’s a gamesense thing and you’ll figure it out eventually” is a sentence more guides should have. 👌

Lmaoo Mimic whining for heals was so cute like "mommy please save me I'm scared"

I will always be useless on Ana because I can't aim for sh*t.

I low-key really like your positivity and chill vibe during comp games. Lot of people just instantly lose their shit over one lost fight without thinking of any positive outcomes or future plans to win. Keeping calm during though games is definitely one of the most important things on high elo, in my opinion. Great video!

I adore these style of videos, hearing thought processes helps so much for learning. Personally I'd like to see some kiriko or rein My kiri is okay but I want to get better, and for tanks I only play dva well so I wanna learn more tanks so I don't throw when someone picks zarya and my team won't stop shooting bubble lmao

A cool trick on Ana is she gets a small animation cancel if you throw your nade during your reload animation, saves only 0.3/0.4 seconds and it's hard to pull off consistently (for me at least, but I'm plat) but it can come up in saving people
  • @DukeJukem
Another HUGE thing for Ana is learning the arch of the nade when you toss it vertically. It can make 0:05 more efficient if you can toss it up and let the cooldown reset while it's traveling to the spawn doors, and as you showed at 1:00 it can and should be used while coming back from spawn 99% of the time, since it'll be refreshed by the time you're actually with your team (obviously if you're worried about being spawn camped by a Tracer or Sombra then hold onto it.) Plus, especially if you're defending an area, you might be able to land a nade as the enemies are coming back from spawn by hitting them on their side of a chokepoint right as they're trying to push through, could couple well with your teammate's spam and land an early kill, or just stall. Worth practicing for a while, learn the angle, I use it all the time :)

I honestly love this video way more than other educational videos. I feel like some people post onky their best plays, and you can't help but feel bad. Here, you can see she is good, but there is still no emphasis on being absolutely perfect. Love it.

Week 129 of reminding Eskay that she is an amazing content creator and that we appreciate everything that she does for us
  • @LunaLapis0
I really liked the inclusion of non-ideal gameplay situations & you pointing out how it could've gone better, thank you for sharing this : )
  • Finally an ACTUALLY educational overwatch video. I'm so tired of trying to learn something from an "educational" video that's just people dogging on bronzes. Thanks a load essay! 🤩
  • @MsApricity
Top 500 in every role? Goddamn you are a powerhouse!! I'd be happy to see any hero you want to put out there like this ❤play by play is super helpful
  • I dream of being as good of a support player as you. Thank you for the guides
  • @MrSting-fz2sn
We need more of these! Regular guide videos dont hold a candle to how useful tips with context are.
  • @dallasjhaws
Love these kinds of videos! Seeing your thought process, and even pointing out your mistakes/learning moments is so helpful!!
