  • THIS is a perfect example that if you let someone touch you, they will keep touching you harder since you didn’t put a stop to it in the beginning.

Woke up about 20 minutes ago, clicked on this video and don’t regret it. Been looking for an auditor who doesn’t speak and just records peacefully. I believe that’s ideal. Subscribed. Have your pepper spray just in case
  • When you want to add seating to your restaurant and decide to use the public sidewalk, you accept what happens on a public sidewalk into your business.

It should not be too difficult to identify the assaulting employee. Danville, Calif Municipal Code, Section 5-9.4 requires a vending permit for sidewalk eateries. Part of the permit process requires the business to list all employees and individual personal info on ALL employees before the permit can be issued. Calls to the City of Danville may alert them to this outrageous display of ignorance and lack of respect from this business for citizens who pay taxes for that very sidewalk.

So when she saw you weren't going to fight back she thought she would get in there and try to act tough.😅
  • I never thought of doing a video where the viewer controls the camera. Great Idea
  • I love this! You inspire me to put up more 360 footage instead of reframing it. You're awesome bro! Stay Safe out there in the jungle!
  • Love how people are saying “get a life” when they walk up to a complete stranger and ask inappropriate questions. LOL
  • I sent the following email to the parent company: “I witnessed one of your servers physically assault a photographer who was peacefully recording on the public sidewalk at the Danville location. This photographer was exercising his 1st Amendment right to record in public and was “shooed” away by your manager, then assaulted and battered with a serving tray, by another staff member. I will never visit this location again. Your staff should understand that Civil Code Section 52.1, the Tom Bane Civil Rights Act, authorizes suit against anyone who by threats, intimidation, or coercion interferes with the exercise or enjoyment of rights secured by the state or federal Constitutions or laws without regard to whether the victim is a member of a protected class. Your parent company may be liable for this as well. This young photographer broke no laws, while your staff broke many. This behavior is abhorrent and should not be representative of your company. Thank you, Teri XXXXXXX This is a video posted by the photographer. It is a 360 degree video and the viewpoint can be controlled by the user by scrolling with a finger on a smart device or mouse on a computer. youtu.be/kfz1e55wOwY?si=PEslsG7Om8Y4Fzby”

Why would you let someone batter you?
  • A restaurant owner pushes you down the street saying get the F out of here , then tells his customers how he wants to beat the shit out of someone standing on a public sidewalk. If I was that customer I would tell him where to put his food and leave. Then an employee comes out and assaults you as his boss who wants to beat you up just watches. Looks like this business needs some more Yelp comments.
