Well? If I were a juror, I’d be insulted by the defense team treating me like I’m a moron. I’d be wondering why Donald didn’t take the stand to defend himself? I’d be thinking they haven’t presented any defense at all, and that the prosecution has presented more than enough evidence of his guilt. But most of all, I would be offended that they think I’m stupid.

The fact he is campaigning in the middle of his trials is of no consequence…if he is convicted he should go to jail. He can campaign from there. No remand on appeal! He has already been given way too much leniency as it is.
