It's not what's in the ice which drops the silver, it's the cold temp. Silver falls out of a cold solution. Ice made from distilled water will still drop silver

Hello mike 😁do the metal handles not get to hot whilst you're melting the gold as i have the same one & it says i have to prime my ceramic dishes before i use them ,,do i just heat some borax in them 1st ,, sorry for all the questions 💥
