The first armored bridge battle of Pennsic 50. The bridges this year were non-resurrection with a fifteen minute time limit. If a bridge remained contested at the end of that time, fighters within a spear's length of the center of the bridge at the call of time would fight it out to break the tie.

    I have been to Renaissance fairs but never seen anything like this. I never knew there was such a battle! Cool!!

    I never did make it to pensic when i was an active member. Man that would have been a blast!!. The biggest battle i was ever in was 147 vs 146. So much fun. I miss it.

    After 30 yrs ,parent and life BS I getting back, gonna rattle some youngsters rivets. Fitting,refit and building armor . The one thing I see is a lot of black finished armor. I'll say it's hot enough doing this than to try to hotter than need be .

    Okay, so im aware its definately the safest but man do i wanna see cavalry cutting the primary conflict area to lose any advantage that the larger group would have
