Fun fact Leo actually cut his hand open after accidentally smashing some glass the blood dripping was real but the face wipe was after he got stitches and fake blood on her face
  • The scene was real. It wasn’t supposed to happen but Leo kept going. It apparently took a lot of stitches! Props to Leo as an actor!
  • @tffy2004
Ready for this one!!! That was Leo's ACTUAL blood. He cut himself during the scene and kept right on going.
  • I’m glad you gave this a chance. Try Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” next… think of it as the Holocaust version of Django Unchained, plus it also stars Christopher Waltz (the doctor/bounty Hunter who helped Django) who is an incredible actor- but this time in a vilinaous role.
  • @jamesa4793
Alexandre Dumas was the French author, son of Thomas Alex Dumas the half haitian half french hero general in Napoleons army. The inspiration for the Count of Monte Christo
  • @campagnollo
There was a man who came up to the bar and asked Django to spell his name, afterwards saying "I know" about the 'D' being silent. That actor is Franco Nero, who played the original Django from the 1966 film.
  • @The_Rad_Dad3
Your reaction to the “sweet Jesus, lemme kill this ….” made my day. I really needed that laugh. Thank you
  • Christoph Waltz (Dr Schultz) is also in Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds.
  • @SLAPERZZ1
The girl who says ‘you mean you wanna dress like that?’ cracks me up everytime🤣 one of the best one liners in the film
  • @MFBloosh
Going into this movie blind is crazy lol. Quentin never disappoints. Should check out Hateful 8, too.
  • @digidv85
Tarantino does such great work. He’s claiming to only direct one more film before retiring, so we’re all anticipating what that may end up being. Django won two Oscars, in case anyone’s interested.
  • @waRr3nxx
I hope Jamie Foxx pulls out of whatever sickness he's going through. He's an amazing actor and I hope we all get a chance to watch him in future projects.
  • @meghanmonroe
I grew up in Mississippi and my grandmother taught me "M-I- crooked letter, crooked letter - I- crooked letter, crooked letter - I- humpback, humpback -I" 😂
  • @MaggieAAdams
The big Daddy scene is so great! No, that's not what i said 😂😂😂😂
  • @jamesm1
This movie was hands down the best theater experience of my life. Packed house, lots of great collective reactions. This elderly black couple next to me practically fell out of their seats laughing at the bag eye hole argument scene.
  • @aayzajm
37:16 He calls out "D'Artagnan" because that's the name of the mandingo fighter who tried to runaway and got torn apart by the trackers & their dogs. Django's there in his name to avenge his death and let them all know it!
  • The guy who asked Django to spell his name was Franco Nero, he played the original Django in the 1960s, such a cool cameo I recommend Inglorious Bastards as your next Tarantino movie
  • @JakobBerry
D'Artagnan was the fourth musketeer and also the name of the guy that got mauled by the dogs. The people he killed were the ones with the dogs who worked for Calvin.
  • @jamesm1
Calvin's sister flying back after getting shot was an homage to early western movies when it was still taboo to have a woman die on screen, so they'd have them get yanked out of frame as a metaphor for death instead lol.
  • Major you radiate actual joy when you laugh. You made this so much fun, which is an accomplishment since this movie was already good
