The sword is now so sharp it cuts through the spider at an atomic level. Because of that it has no effect and seems to just phase through enemies with no actual damage inflicted

People have been complaining about Minecraft updates for a while now, but honestly the technical changes Mojang are implementing recently (even just block/item displays) are pretty crazy. I'm quite good at Minecraft commands, and I am very excited for this update! Its also impressive that they've managed to (mostly) implement all this without completely breaking old command/datapack projects (as far as I know). (Though I suspect mods might be significantly affected). This update is almost as technically as 1.8 I think it was? The one that completely changed commands (mostly scoreboard stuff and /execute)

Fun fact: The whole fire aspect thing was probably because Mojang made a parity so you are able to lit up candles with fire aspects, it probably works on campfires too But I think the bug is because they just made it check if it has an “lit” stage, and if it does, change to it, but in Minecraft terms 🗿 But it would be cool if it was intentional
