Disney Winter Essentials | What’s in my Park Bag!

Published 2022-01-29
Everything I carry in my Disney park bag for Disney World during the Winter\Spring months. See my must have park-essentials for cooler weather (links below).

Be sure to check out my Winter Disney World Packing Video:    • How to pack for a Winter Disney Trip

Packing a Disney Park Bag in the winter months is VERY different than packing for the summer months. From December to mid March, you can have days with lows in the 30s and highs in the 70s. Morning and evenings temperatures are usually really cold but it often warms up midday. SO packing the right items in your bag is essential to having a pleasant day in those parks. Here is a list of my must have Disney park essentials for cooler weather.

I really appriciate the Winter Park bag video. Temps fluctuate so much in the winter. It is way more comfortable but it can get down right cold. It is easy to forget that if you are watching summer park bag videos. For phone charging-I bought a fuel rod 7 years ago in the parks. It was $30 but I definatly got my $ worth bc you can charge it or trade it. I traded during our time at WDW and brought it home and used it until it wore out. I brought it back 4 years later and traded it in for a new one. Now, I'm taking it back with me in December. I think since you will need a portable charger anyway, they are a great option even if you have nowhere to trade them at home.
  • Going with my grand children great tips I will definately bring that water bottle and hat

I am headed to Saratoga springs for 6 days in the parks starting this Tuesday, and I am so so so excited! We hit Florida every winter between January and March, usually February, so I understand that there may be times I need jeans or a jacket. I’m in the mountains so I am dealing with snow so personally, 50° is OK for me even with a jacket in Florida because the weather is STILL nicer than back home. 🙃 Love what’s in your bag. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
  • Super helpful video thank you! I just booked a Disney vaca for November and was curious what is essential around this time of year.
