Dispel is a word used to free spirits or banish them
  • @monke7919
Counter point, toy freddy is a gamer and thus has no soul and therfore shouldn't be death coin-able
  • @AloneTheorist
In a death screen voiceline the puppet says that she DOESN'T hate William and that he NEEDS TO STAY OUT of her way. This implies she has an alternative purpose for being there, like perhaps freeing other souls as per old man consequences bit, this line also bears a parallel in the epilogue sections of fazbear frights books regarding a creature referred to as 'the agony'.
  • @Squishy_the_fox
I'm not fully convinced but you make an amazing argument!!! My biggest hang-up is why in the world would William free them? We are playing as him after all.
  • I am not convinced. why does susie not have a good reason to be angry? with elizabeth i can kind of understand, because of fnaf6, but as baby she was pretty angry at whoever killed her. Also why is charly represented twice? If you use the D coin on the puppet to remove charly from the game, why is lefty still there? that also goes for other souls that apear in multiple characters. Soul splitting seems like the only explination for this, but even then, shouldn't the soul be made whole before being able to move on? Developed from is ambiguous, but sure. singeling out rockstar bonny contradicts the idea that all the rockstar animatronics are posessed, leading to increased liability. To me only golden freddy is the only good point you raised.

Honestly a great idea/theory. I never really thought about whom the death coin affected. Great video, keep up the good work!

This is honestly a solid theory. You managed to bring up something that many people, after a month of the game's release, seemed to have stopped giving more meaning to, and managed to create a pretty well-done explanation. The use of the Rockstar Bonnie message and the liability of the animatronics was a good way to him into the roster. Not to mention, the "aggression levels" also being a reason for being able to use the coin on them was also a great touch. Overall, this theory could be on to something, and will, most likely, play a part in other people's head-canons. The one thing that I'd say was a off about it was Toy Freddy and Funtime Foxy. Yes, you gave a good scenario for why they were included, but it's not definitive. However, your conclusions are probable, as you gave reasons for your scenarios. Good job, Sunny.

4:03 I love how you've darkened the images, it looks really cool Sunny!!

i’m not completely convinced but you make some really good points! my biggest issue is the fact that after deathcoining an animatronic they’re back in the next run, also the roster is a little weird that only some of the possessed animatronics are deathcoinable, with very few of them having solid reasoning to not be vengeful. like elizabeth i can understand not wanting to haunt william, but the other og’s, the other withereds, the other toys, the other funtimes, the other rockstars, etc. don’t have a solid reason to not want to haunt william
  • @GendoRokabundi
So what happens when you don’t buy the rockstars but still find the four special animatronics? The combination of not including all haunted animatronics, having multiple animatronics possessed by Charlie, but only some of the animatronics possessed by some of the MCI, and having to stretch to include Rockstar Bonnie (developed from doesn’t necessarily mean using parts from). And it’s possible to achieve the ‘good ending’ of FNAF6 but still have the rockstars unpurchased and therefore not in the fire. So those souls never rest. And it sort of just throws out happiest day since apparently Chica checks out long before everyone else. Baby not being included makes sense with the theory. As well as not being able to use the coin on Scraptrap or Spring trap, or the various characters that are clearly not possessed like the Mediocres. The Golden Freddy death coin jump scare feeds into the idea of Golden Freddy being the Vengeful Spirit, as that’s basically an instance of the soul refusing the ‘offer’ to let it move on.
  • @clangnk3504
"and how do I know this? BECAUSE IT JUST MAKES MORE SENSE" Totally valid 😂😂😂

This theory could work but the selection feels too limited for it to work and it raises a lot of other questions. 1. Why Bonnie and Rockstar Bonnie and not Withered Bonnie, who refers to UCN as a prison not just for William but for the animatronics? 2. How come we can release two versions of the same spirit (Jeremy and Charlotte)? If we are to say their souls are split between the different animatronics, then why can't we Death Coin Withered Bonnie, or any animatronic that could share a soul with one of the ones on the list? 3. Why Toy Freddy and Funtime Foxy specifically? Toy Freddy wasn't the only one of the toys that was possessed and Funtime Foxy wasn't the only Funtime who could've killed kids and been possessed by them. By this logic, the other toys, Ballora and Ennard should be affected by the Death Coin. 4. If we are to say that Bonnie and Rockstar Bonnie have Jeremy's soul, Foxy has Fritz's and Toy Freddy has Gabriel's (this is being very optimistic, we don't know which parts were used for which toys), then why is Susie not a part of this? 5. The Death Coin only removes the animatronics from the night, they can be selected again once you're done with that run. What's the point of "releasing" them if they're gonna be put back anyway? I do think there's merit to the idea that there are other souls trapped in UCN. Withered Bonnie, Marionette and Mr. Hippo make me think about that a lot. But I don't think the Death Coin is part of that explanation. This theory requires a lot of picking and choosing and it's not consistent enough to be solid.
  • @TheC17Jumper
Was super excited to see how you'd connect the deathcoin to canon. Very satisfied, with this theory
  • @ciboria1
In regards to Original Cast of FNAF 1, 2 , and Rockstar; Could this be a good summary? Creation of FNAF 1 gang Fnaf 2 happens, and the toys needs parts - Original cast is used for spare parts Thus a small (but potent) part of the original metals are in the toys once they need repairs - The Toy animatronics was planned to be scrapped, and the old refurnished and placed back in FNAF 1 Toys -> Funtime or Toys-> Springlock (or other) FNAF 1 happens The Rockstars was developed from the original ones, which explains why the coin works on both Bonnie and Rockstar Bonnie But why isn't that the case for; Freddy -> Rockstar Freddy Chica ->Toy Chica-> Rockstar Chica Toy Bonnie What is the rule/condition behind it not working on them?
  • @jrv8803
The theory isn’t bad by any means, but it sticks out to me as odd that you would be freeing both the puppet and lefte. Since they both contain the soul of Charlie. The all of them are possessed idea does technically work but I wouldn’t say it fits perfectly. Though I would also argue if this is correct, Fredbear attacking you represents Cassidy refusing to be set free.
  • @daliag2424
Not a fan of the interpretation that UCN has all the souls trapped, I'm on the boat that the vengeful spirit is just replicating images from William's past to torment him (explaining why Springtrap, Scraptrap and non-possessed characters are present), but I think this is a great video regardless. I wasn't aware of that Rockstar Bonnie fact from AR, so I'm definitely gonna look deeper into that now!
  • @bubbleshock14
I'm surprised that such a strong case can be made for Rockstar Bonnie being possessed. If it was just the faz fact I'd probably dismiss it as it has questionable canonicity, but the fact that he is part of this group definitely convinced me more
  • @PooCrew
This is a really interesting theory! It's cool to dissect a seemingly random mechanic for lore significance. Also, you and Sire Squawks are starting to convince me of Rockstar MCI
