If you're looking for an easy and beautiful hike near Seattle, Franklin Falls may just be your ticket. Just 50 minutes east of Seattle, this hike is just 2 miles roundtrip with 400 feet in elevation gain. Perfect for hiking with kids or a quick day hike. Washington State is beautiful!
My greatest advice for hiking at Franklin Falls would be to go early for parking. It is super packed!

Grew up in King County and never knew about this hike! If you are ever up in Bellingham, check out Whatcom Falls Park.

There are no food carts next to the waterfall
