Ingredients: 48 cookies
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (226 grams) unsalted butter (cold)
1 cup heavy cream or milk
egg yolk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling: 1/2 cup roasted walnuts and 2-3 Tbsp any jam.
(I used organic apricot mango jam.)
1/2 cup powdered sugar to coat cookies (rugalech)
