For those fire blocks you should not dig the blocks on the sides where it shoots fire. You can safely break them from a side that does not shoot fire. The glowing red sides indicate where it shoots fire.

The edit makes normally slow and soothing DF voice sounds like he talks so fast. This game is normally more grind than action, and this clip is action packed.
