I love listening to people that you can tell really love their jobs.

It's a Kaiju.

"I think it's time herbivores get their due" Ain't that the truth! Dreadnoughtus is certainly a good name for a giant sauropod imo. Being a creature so massive that few predators would dare even approach it.
-
I wouldn't want to go after this man in "show and tell."

Absolutely amazing! Thank you and your team for all of the hard work.

I've seen Argentinian dinos. Many are simply huge and powerful. Proof again that country has rivaling or better specimens of any other nation!

As early as my childhood, reading the Bible, I wondered which animal the descriotion of Behemoth mentioned in the dook of Job fits. "Behold now behemoth, which I made with you; he eats grass as an ox. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. He moves his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.” 40:15-18 Now I can say that the description fits prefectly into this Dreadnoughtus schrani dinosaur.

Great work, over many years, and in difficult terrain, Patagonia, Argentina, S. America. All of the continued work with these bones has been very demanding....Congrats!

Ross's (from friends) reaction to this Would be priceless...

Simply astonishing. And a dozen fully grown elephants worth in size and weight! Most elephants in the wild eat between 300 and 500 pounds of vegetation and drink 50 gallons of water every day. They also spend 18 to 20 hours a day eating it. If Dreadnoughtus (Perfect name!) consumed even ten times that - then it would consume over 2 tons of vegetation a day and never stop eating!

bruh I'm out here watching this for my English class lol

This is so incredibly interesting! Bravo Professor Lacovara!
