The industrial dance video we made at the Amphi Festival 2019 in Köln/Cologne - Tanzbrunnen. :)
It´s not perfect, since the short amount of organization time and the pressure to get it edited before my pregnancy makes it impossible, but I hope you enjoy it anways. Thank you to everyone who participated!!

  • German Voice: "I will destroy you. I wanna see how the light in your eyes dies!" Gyber Goths: 🕺💃
  • I am a 52 year old Granny of 13 in Texas and I find this awesome. I have never heard of this dance/style/music and it came up on my feed and I love it. Wish I had the energy I join in :)

Ah, Industrial dance among crowds. A pastime for another age. All praise to the younger generation of Goths for bringing this exuberant joy into the open. 🤘

As a metalhead with high affinity to electro: What I find amazing is the amazing variety of moves. Some of the people have incredible rhythm and body control.

Normies in 2019: "Those industrial fans are weird, look at them with their funny masks!" Normies in 2020: "Those industrial fans are responsible citizens, where can I get one of those masks?"

I was afraid cybergoth may have died out- turns out I've just been out of the loop. This is amazing and makes me so happy <3 *searches closet for furry leg warmers and dreadfalls*

I'm not goth (was a scene kid though, and now just a weird mix of things now), but everyone just looks so happy and I'm here for it. 💛
  • the only Covid acceptable dance ! you must remain 6' apart to avoid hitting one another
  • @seymourbones

  • @akary-chan8726

Never really got into Industrial Dance back in the day, but I like some of the music and the aesthetic was cool. Glad to see people are still keeping the style going.

I just found out about cybergoths recently, and I fell in love with this aesthetic. I mean, since I was a teen I always loved both the cyberpunk and the gothic aesthetic, but I didn't know a mix between them actually existed when one day I started writing the story about a character I created and I was looking for some references for her outfit (something indeed cyber + goth) and I found this, my mind blown up!
  • @krist7697
I definitely saw Darth maul in there somewhere
  • @sebrij
To all the people mocking them, if life were an anime we’d all be background characters and they’d clearly be the main cast
  • @lalakuma9
I'm glad that I still can find stuff like this on the internet. Just regular people that are rather eccentric doing their own thing. It's a beautiful sight. I hope we can do stuff like this in real life again in a few years.
