Top 10 Things To Do After You Beat Mad Max

The best way to play the game - and you can do this the first time or the second time - is to LEAVE SCAVENGING CAMPS and some of the BIG camps ALONE - do NOT raid or dismantle them all. You do NOT need to upgrade your car as much as you think you do, with scrap. I played the game the second time, with only the most basic upgrades and I never needed anything else. MOST of the upgrades are totally pointless*, as the car will behave the same way, anyway. Besides, once you get to the final race, you want your car to be the most *BASIC it can be, so it's fast enough, anyway. KNOWING this, you can LEAVE most of the scavenging camps and a lot of the Top Dog and Oil camps ALONE and JUST concentrate on the story. That way, when you BEAT the game's main story, you'll have a TON to do. The game FOOLS you into thinking you need all of those upgrades on the car during the main story, but you do *NOT*. Do NOT stop at every scavenging camp or Top Dog or Oil camp that you see. You don't need to. This way, they'll be left when you finish the game and you can basically do whatever you want and have plenty of enemies to fight after it's over.

i wish they would add a endless fight mode.

That buried house in The Dunes is still one of my favorite places in the game, it's so creepy.

Abandon the car and walk across the wasteland.

Wait for a storm, then speed out into the big nothing and explore. I’ve actually went through a full tank of gas and my backup tank exploring.

If they added a coop where the second players get to play as chum or you could customize your own chum like character it would be kinda cool I think..

is it just me or was the campaign fairly short?

This game definitely needs a DLC. some extra stuff, cause I love this game. haven't play MGS5 though I give this one a try and I enjoyed it pretty much.

they should add a mode of horde of enemies in map. we need something to do after we're done with everything. it seems dumb to have a perfect upgraded car with nothing to fight except random 1 or 2 enemies :/

Chums Buggy is one of the best vehicles in the game, great handling, doesn’t flip easy, goes decently fast and accelerates quick on both pavement and sand. I just find it odd that Chum doesn’t come along on it. It was actually pretty annoying having to get it just to deactivate mines. Would’ve been cool if they had incorporated the dog into the game to maybe help sniff out hidden scrap, car bodies, hiding enemies to interrogate, maybe even a special attack in fury mode, while also having to share water and food with him. Man there was a lot of things I thought about with this game that I feel wouldve made it a 10/10 game, still a really fun game either way even though it does pale in comparison to other games of its caliber imo.

Good to see someone else enjoys doing this stuff after completing the game and appreciates how well it was put together. Is it perfect? No, but it's still a great game. 110 hours in and still going. I do wish they had made the camps repopulate though.

They should of made every car customizable.... And wayyy more paint jobs

This game is underrated

I like driving around in first person in the Interceptor, and driving away trying to escape people in high speed chases, no fighting back unless they board, just driving away.

So in other words.... there is nothing to do after you beat the game.. ok, thanks

A new game plus mode would be insane, playing the whole game again with the classic max max look (recommend you get rid of Gauntlets and gloves, maybe ammo pouch if you really want to look like the beginning max, or, keep the Level one gloves, and put on the Medium sized hair and beard for a more Mad Max 2 look.)

What would be cool is to have an option in the game that you can re-populate the bases and get all the info if you've missed and would also bring back convoys, scarecrows etc. It would add a whole new meaning of dominating the wasteland.

for a movie game mad max is a great game. I loved ever minute of it. I hope WB brings out another mad max which is slim to none, because games based off of movies are not popular and don't do well economical we might not have a chance of seeing a great movie game like this one.
