I would like to add for breathwork it’s better to focus on breathing into your lower tippy bottom of the lungs, toward the side of the ribcage this activates the ventral vagus and triple warmer channels along with Liver and lungs. It’s much better than “belly breathing” as that type of breathing activates the dorsal vagus and if you have had trauma, it can activate the freeze feign fawn response and your nervous system will be pushing against itself so to speak… Your belly will naturally distend and fill with the first method, hit the focus will be on expanding the lungs and activating the resilient part of the vagus nerve ✨

Last night ,Molly, (or rather someone exactly like her) appeared in my dream. I live in Australia and was very touched by her long distance and unexpected visit. She walked in to my study and looked at my birth chart with a gentle and sisterly tenderness. Then after a long pause she said "You have a beautiful moon". What a beautiful full moon gift!

What perfect guidance we have in the planets, when interpreted by Molly!! The NEW way of allowing (feminine) as opposed to attempting to control outcomes moving forward to 'make' things happen really created a long pause for me to 'get it'. A situation in my life this week had me in the 'take charge' mode of thinking. Now I am am curious and will WATCH how things unfold with no intervention. Thank you, Molly, perfect timing 😊.

The exact “pause” scenario happened to me about 3 weeks ago. I was getting ready to turn left. Right when the light turned green I heard a very soft but clear and calm voice say wait (I was alone in the car). I actually could not lift my foot off the brake to press the gas. About 5 seconds later a speeding white jeep blew through the red light blowing its horn. Every single car at the intersection was stunned. I just started saying thank you thank you thank you because I knew that I would have been in a very horrible accident and may not have survived it.

Desperately craving something new right now.

Thank you so much, Molly. With Jupiter about to change signs from Taurus to Gemini, I sense that this represents new light being brought into our lives. Being the first air sign, this is significant to have Jupiter in an air sign after it has been in Taurus (Earth), Aries, (Fire), Pisces (Water) in the past three years or so. There has been a heaviness to the Taurus energies - Uranus in Taurus & the personal planets having gone through some of the personal planets. The lightness of Jupiter in Gemini will be a relief. Also, the sign of Gemini will invite us to relate to others in new & evolving ways. The past four years have been oppressive & very challenging in many ways during the Covid Pandemic. Jupiter in Gemini will be a welcomed breath of fresh air. Many of us have also learned to face the dualities within ourselves & we will bring this wisdom to those we interact with. I believe that Sedna in Gemini conjunct Jupiter in Gemini will both challenge & invite us Earthlings to return to the power of Indigenous wisdom that has been discarded, denied & misunderstood for many generations to both the detriment of Indigenous peoples as well as to everyone else & the planet that we inhabit. Indigenous wisdom is a key antidote to coming into balance & right relation to each other & to Earth, herself. Sedna will also invite many to heal ancestral trauma as we look at the extensive patriarchal abuses that led to wounding & hurtful experiences for women, children & men as well.
