The Law of One! I used to listen to a guy called Scott Mandelker on Youtube dissect this chapter by chapter (his channel is TWSMandelker if you don't know him), really cool stuff. Regarding the video subject matter; personally I haven't touched alcohol for 2 years now, best decision ever.. really helps one get to grips with reality and face it head on, as well as to cleanse out all the old stagnant negative emotions and tendencies, etc
