As a Minecraft employee, I can confirm all of those seeds are real

2:21, donni if you grab a spare pc/laptop (I'm sure you have one or two) and connect to it with the server you can have it generate the chunks for the server then pass it on to the server to replace the chunk. No lag spikes then, no chance they'll cotton on early :D
