bucketing out the back can be way more prone to backsplashing, that's why you sank. You need to eat when your one snipe. You need to have a sniper as a helm. You're on helm for way too long, no need to be on the wheel the whole time. Try not to right side broad. You never needed cannoner to bucket, in those situations at most you should be asking for a single bucket. You don't need to reset as much as you think you do. Thats about it, good luck.
