I think for a stock sedan from 1997 this is respectable and its fast enough for me i have fun driving it everyday! BONE STOCK NOT ONE SINGLE UPGRADE!

I have the same Accord 1997 V6 2.7 l and it's 2023 and I have 155,000 runs like a champ sat in my driveway for 5 years all I did was put a battery in it and crank right up change the oil and I drive it to work

@xxnissansilviaxx yup used to be in a first gen Acura Legend, Idk im just not a big fan of the C series engine (minus the motor in the NSX of course), i just think they are larger bc of the 90 degree V angle design and I miss the VTEC like on the J series.

@J30A4V6er 96 looks nice too love the body style as small as the current civic but power of the v6 accord and the luxery of a accord

@TheL2R2 it had a 1st (never ever shifts outta first) 2ND (it skips 1st and stays in second no matter what) D3 which let the car go 1st...2nd...and 3rd...but would not let it shift into the 4th gear...(which burns more fuel) the D4 is the best it uses all 4 gears and gives the best miles per gallon and the engine spins at a low rpm in fourth so its quieter too

@TheL2R2 yes "D4" is the one u use everyday...the others are gear the normal drive wont use
