Hi Candyss and thank you for these videos. I’m from the old school way 😂 but I could never get an understanding on how this new way of wording my resume could work with me and as a result I’ve been stuck in my current position which I hate far beyond what I would’ve preferred. I ultimately gave up looking for another job. I will put your tips to work and see how it comes out. I’m new to your channel and I look forward to your videos 🫶🏽

Thank you for that informative video. How do you show value in percentages as a customer service representative. For example I know that sales increased when I was working for a particular company because of my rapport with the customers. However I can’t just invent a random or fake number to reflect the increase in sales. Do you have any bullet point suggestions to show my work as a customer service representative for increasing sales?Thank you so much for your help. Keep up the great work ❤
